Facts before prose
Models receive typed semantic-report results and provenance IDs. They do not receive raw SQL access, and numerical claims link back to the report that produced them.
Suggestions before commands
AI can suggest, draft, or prepare a typed proposal. Domain services retain permission checks, Location context, idempotency, approval, execution, and undo.
A trace you can inspect
The safe AI log records task, provider/model, cost, latency, fallback, policy outcome, and final status without persisting prompts, completions, raw files, or credentials.

AI actions are logical successful AI jobs. Provider retries and fallbacks remain one action; deterministic dashboard answers do not consume an action. AI can be removed at cycle end.

Is AI included in a base plan?
No. AI is unavailable on Basic, Silver, Gold, and Enterprise base plans. Choose the matching paid Zesty AI add-on after selecting the base tier.
What happens to restaurant data?
Zesty keeps files in private storage, validates them before execution, applies consent and PII redaction, and sends requests through an approved provider policy. Prompts, completions, raw files, and credentials are not written to the safe AI log.
Can AI change a bill, stock count, or purchase order by itself?
Not in the initial release. AI proposes typed actions; native permissions and operator approvals remain authoritative. Auto mode is limited to reversible, low-risk outputs in later phases.
Can we opt out later?
Yes. AI is a monthly add-on tied to the matching Razorpay plan variant. Upgrades can start after confirmation; removal is scheduled for the end of the current billing cycle.
