Before you commit
The workflows on your plan, every update we ship to them, and support. Ordering, kitchen tickets, billing and the day close are the plan itself, not add-ons. There is no per-terminal licence and no charge for the people you add to the team.
No. Menu import, floor plan, printer and role configuration are part of the assisted pilot at no extra cost. You pay the monthly price and nothing else; there is no annual maintenance contract to renew.
The pilot clock starts after your menu is imported and the first complete test order goes through, so the fourteen days are real service days. At the end you either continue on the plan you piloted or you stop. Nothing bills automatically until you choose to continue.
Move up whenever the work demands it. The new plan is prorated for the days remaining, so you are never paying for a tier ahead of using it, and nothing is rebuilt when you switch.
The plan price is for the month, not for each Location, so a second Location is already included from Run upwards and costs nothing more until you pass the allowance. It opens on the template the first one is running - menu, roles and reporting come across. When the count outgrows Control's five, Scale is where the price is set with our team against the rollout.
Cancel any month; there is no lock-in period. Your menu, orders, payments and reports stay exportable, and you can take them with you. We are not holding your restaurant's history as leverage.
