రెస్టారెంట్ సెటప్

Restaurant setup వల్ల customers ఏమి చూస్తారు, staff ఏమి operate చేస్తారు, bills/reports లో ఏమి కనిపిస్తుందో నిర్ణయించబడుతుంది.

Organization profile

Display name, phone, address, GST/FSSAI details where applicable, tax rates, operating hours, payment settings accurate గా ఉంచండి. ఈ details bills, QR ordering, support context, reports లో reuse అవుతాయి.

Branches

Multiple outlets ఉంటే branches వాడండి. Orders, stock, expenses, reports branch context లో వేరుగా ఉండేలా branch managers సరైన branch లో పని చేయాలి.

Tables and QR codes

ప్రతి physical table కి unique table record మరియు QR code ఉండాలి. One QR for many tables వాడితే table session, bill, customer order status mix అయ్యే risk ఉంటుంది.

Payments

Live service ముందు cash, UPI, provider payments, split tender వంటి allowed payment modes staff కి clear గా చెప్పండి.

Launch readiness

• Owners/admins settings, billing, support, staff controls access చేయగలరా?
• Staff కి అవసరమైన modules మాత్రమే access ఉందా?
• Tables, QR codes, menu prices tested అయ్యాయా?
• ఒక internal order scan నుంచి KDS, bill, payment వరకు complete అయ్యిందా?
