What's New (September 2026)
The plan, payment, credit and AI changes from September 2026, in one page, with links to the full guides.
A short list of what changed in Zesty in September 2026 and where each change is explained.
Plans
- Five plans: QR menu ₹499, Basic ₹1,499, Silver ₹3,499, Gold ₹7,999 and Enterprise ₹19,999 a month. Plans only add as you move up; none takes a module away or lowers a limit.
- Locations per plan: QR menu 1, Basic 1, Silver 1, Gold 3, Enterprise 5. A workspace already over its new limit keeps every Location and cannot add another.
- Basic now has 100 menu items, a simple kitchen display with one station, and a sales summary for today, yesterday and the last seven days.
- Guest orders are unlimited on every plan. Each plan includes guest messages: QR menu 200, Basic 600, Silver 1,500, Gold 3,000, Enterprise 8,000 a month.

The QR plan
The ₹499 plan is QR ordering on its own: one QR code, a Taking orders switch in place of the Shift desk, and every order run on Orders with Accept, Mark ready and Mark paid. One login, no kitchen display, Billing screen, tables, staff, reservations, Profit Guard or AI.

Guest payments
Guests pay your restaurant directly: at the counter, by cash on delivery, or by UPI to your own UPI ID. You approve a UPI payment before the order starts. Zesty no longer offers an online checkout for guests and never takes guest money.

Zesty credits and add-ons
- Add-ons are paid from prepaid Zesty credit, topped up from ₹500 to ₹15,000 at a time by UPI or card, with optional auto top-up through UPI Autopay or a card mandate.
- Each add-on has a monthly budget and pauses at zero or at its budget. Low-balance and budget alerts come in the app and by email.
- AI assistant: ₹4.70 an AI action, ₹1,000 ≈ 210 AI actions. Not on the QR plan.
- Guest messages beyond your plan: ₹0.33 each, ₹1,000 ≈ 3,000 messages.
- Own delivery on Gold: ₹1,000 per Location a month. Enterprise includes it.
- The combined "plan + Zesty AI" and "Gold + delivery" subscriptions are retired.

Order texts
One text per order, when it is placed; a delivery order also gets one when it is delivered. Choose Off, Included messages only, or Included, then pay from credits under Order texts to guests. Sign-in codes are free and always send.
Changing plans
A card subscription changes in place. With UPI Autopay or a bank mandate you approve a new mandate for the new plan; the old plan stops once it is approved, and its remaining days are not refunded. Modules the new plan includes are switched on for you.

AI Control Center
Tabs your Zesty AI does not include are hidden, and a direct link names the plan that has them. Every AI action is charged from credit and refunded if it fails. Autonomy tools your plan lacks show the plan they are on.

Delivery and online orders
Own delivery is Zesty's first-party delivery, never Swiggy or Zomato. The Online orders screen is per Location and appears only where that Location runs delivery. Pickup and QR orders stay in Orders.

Removed
- The Swiggy and Zomato "Online channels" module.
- The customer wallet. Loyalty points stay.
- Easy Mode on mobile. Everyone uses one shell.
